Lenovo IP-L340 Gaming
While Lenovo has its dedicated gaming laptop line, Legion, the IdeaPad series continues to offer new affordable gaming laptops of its own. While the Legion tweaks are to its existing models, centered around internal upgrades based on the newest Nvidia GTX and Intel 9th Generation Core parts, the IdeaPad is more interesting, as a totally new product.
Bottom Line
Lenovo IP-L340 Gaming Given that it is an entry-level gaming machine, you may not expect luxury out of the L340. But it’s a handsome, if simple, laptop. The body is all black, with no major design flair, making it a good fit, too, as an everyday working laptop. I especially appreciate the lack of a garish lid logo, an all-too-common scar on gaming machines. Lenovo expects shoppers interested in a gaming laptop at this price to also use it as their daily driver, hence the understated design that won’t look gaudy in public or in an office.
